Diane Rozier is the Certified Application Counselor Manager for CoxHealth. She has aB. A. in Communications Management from Missouri State University and a Master’sDegree in Human Resources Management from Webster University. Diane has worked for CoxHealth since December of 2013 when she was hired to lead a team of four Certified Application Counselors funded by Missouri Foundation for Health’s Expanding Coverage Initiative. They educate and enroll individuals in the Health Insurance Marketplace with a goal of reducing the number of uninsured in the state of Missouri. In 2014, Diane was nominated as a Health Advocate of the Year by Missouri Health Advocates Alliance, and she served on a panel at the 2015 Enroll America Conference.
